- Prepared two winning service proposals for the private and public sector.
- Documented, with flowcharts, the financial processes of public entities.
- Project manager for the financial software implementation in the public sector.
- Government diagnostic (Ministry of Economy and Finance): Created a questionnaire and used analytic tools to measure 45 public entities in 3 dimensions (processes, people and technology) to implement a new financial system. Designed a road map to solve the issues and implement the system.
- Supply Chain Services (Deloitte Internal Services): Created a maturity model to evaluate supply chain processes. Prepared a proposal and a client list to offer them our services.
- Finance Transformation Lab (Copa): Designed a strategic workshop for Copa Airlines’ financial department. Prepared the final analysis of the problems and initiatives identified the workshop.
- PMO Implementation (Grupo Corporativo Pérez): Designed a Project Management Office. The design included the organization, positions, key performance indicators, job roles and methodology (based on PMI).
